1. Do you replace internal talent acquisition teams?
Absolutely not. We work alongside internal teams as a strategic partner. Our role is to extend your reach, act as an external voice, and keep potential candidates engaged over time, so that your team can focus on decision-making and internal alignment.
2. How are you different from a traditional recruitment agency?
We don’t wait for roles to open before we start working. Our approach is proactive, continuous, and relationship-driven. We focus on building long-term trust with both candidates and companies, not just filling roles in a rush. And we don’t charge per hire, our work is based on a transparent membership model.
3. What do you mean by “active sourcing”?
Active sourcing means identifying, approaching, and engaging potential candidates who are not actively applying to jobs. We initiate personalized, respectful conversations based on alignment, not just keywords, always with long-term fit in mind.
4. Can you help us even if we don’t have open roles right now?
Yes. In fact, that’s where we bring the most value. We help you build talent pools before the need arises, so you’re ready to hire when the time is right. This saves time, increases quality, and improves the candidate experience.
5. Do you contact candidates in our name?
Sometimes yes, sometimes no. We adapt based on the context. Often, we approach talent as a neutral third party, which allows for open and exploratory conversations without creating false expectations. When the moment is right, we introduce your company with full transparency and relevance.
6. What types of roles do you usually work on?
We typically support hiring for expert, mid-level, and senior roles across HR, sales, operations, and corporate functions. Our approach works best when the context requires precision, discretion, and long-term alignment.
On top of this, one of the great advantages of working with us is that we also bring value on more junior roles you wouldn’t normally entrust to a recruiting firm. Because partnering with you allows us to have access to your extensive hiring needs, we can also help you attract and assess high-potential junior profiles, especially those who aren’t actively looking.

7. Where are your candidates based?
Most of our sourcing is focused on the Swiss market, but we also maintain international networks in Europe, the UAE and selected other regions. We adapt to your geography and your talent strategy.
8. Can you organise recruiting events or sessions in person?
Yes. We can design and host tailor-made events, such as recruiting days, informal meetups, or company presentations, in our Zurich offices or in other relevant locations. These moments are ideal to connect authentically with pre-identified talent.
9. Is it only for Zurich?
Not at all. While we are based in Zurich and love working locally, we support companies across Switzerland and internationally, especially in France, Germany, the UK, and the UAE. Talent has no borders, and neither does our network.
10. Do you work only with companies from a certain field?
No. And out of fairness and integrity, we avoid working with companies that are in direct competition with each other.

12. How do you approach talents?
We reach out personally, one by one — no automation, no mass emails. Our messages are thoughtful, respectful, and tailored to each profile. Most importantly, we don’t pitch jobs. We start with a conversation. That makes all the difference in building trust and long-term engagement.
13. What would be the first steps once I sign a partnership?
We start with an onboarding session to understand your company, culture, goals and hiring roadmap. From there, we define priorities, clarify roles to focus on, and launch the first sourcing cycle. Within the first few weeks, you’ll already receive curated profiles and regular updates on talent engagement.
14. What if I want a one-time recruitment? Would you do that?
We can, although this is not our core model. We prioritise long-term partnerships where we can bring strategic value over time. In the case of a one-time search, we would charge a traditional success fee based on a percentage of the candidate’s annual salary. 15. Can I subscribe for just one month and leave?
We offer a 30-day trial so you can experience how we work, review the first results, and decide whether our approach fits your needs. It is a low-risk way to start the collaboration with full transparency.
However, our model is designed for long-term partnerships. The real value of our work comes from the trust we build over time, with you, and with the talent we engage on your behalf. Building a qualified and active talent pool takes consistency, timing, and care.
That is why, after the trial period, we work with a 12-month commitment. This gives us the stability to act with purpose, the continuity to maintain quality relationships, and the time to deliver meaningful results that go beyond short-term fixes.
