Our outreach is personal, discreet and grounded in context. We initiate conversations based on relevance and alignment rather than volume.
4. Do you present candidates you have not met? No. As part of our commitment to our clients, we personally meet every professional we represent. This ensures substance behind every introduction and protects credibility on both sides.
5. Where are your candidates based? Our work is primarily focused on the Swiss market, with strong anchoring in Zürich. We also support international mandates when relevant, depending on the organisation’s needs.
6. Do you work exclusively with certain industries? We are not sector-restricted. We support organisations across different industries, provided there is no direct conflict of interest and that values and expectations are aligned.
